Ayu     : hi melda, oh yeah  i have felt  limp three days ago

Meylani: why do you have any trouble ?

              Or do you think about your problem ?

Ayu     : thanks sis, you are my best friends. And you are right mey. My stomach is sick right now.

Melda  : do you know about the causation ?

Ayu     : a don’t know. But, if i late to eat, my stomach will be poignant again.

Meylani: Are you hungry ?

Ayu     : not the problem, docter said “ if i late to eat my gastric acid will be incrased”

Melda    : O i know !  you have an ulcer. And the soluttion you have to eat organized and remember not to be late

Ayu       : okay guys, this is a caution for us. So that we have to be smarter than before to our keep diet and also health of our stomach. Thank u so much my best friend
